I don't have VR Headset, can I still use this course?
Unfortunately, our courses only can run by using Virtual Reality Devices Specify to Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3S or Meta Quest 3.
How can I use this Training & Courses?
- select one of the courses you need, and make purchase then follow the instruction.
- Download our simulator in Meta Store at VR Device and Search for AIMMETRIX
- Login when you run the simulator
- Select your Course Inventory then click "ACCESS"
- Enjoy your Course
How to make a purchase?
As soon as the purchase is successful, you're in account should be credited. If you are experiencing a delay, make sure your device is properly connected to the internet.
I am not familiar with Virtual Reality can I get some kind of tutorial for the course?
Our simulator is including free training for simulator integrated along with the app, don't worry you can still access our tutorial module without consume your courses token.
Can I use AIMMETRIX Account in any VR Headset?
yes, you can as long as you installed our simulator in the Meta Quest library that your currently use. our Account system is not integrated with VR Headset Meta Account so you don't need to add another account in Meta Quest profile.
I Bought the Courses and not using it, can I still refund it?
Yes, you can as long as you have the receipt payment send the proof to our customer services via email at: contact@aimmetrix.com and we will verify your refund.
I Bought the Courses and store in my Courses Inventory, how long I can store it?
As long as you still remember your account id and password
While I in the course my VR Headset is Shut off, or the app is crashing, can I still access my courses, or I should purchase again?
you’ll receive 5 tokens for 5 attempts in any claim-enabled simulation. However, you cannot transfer those tokens to other simulations (different applications).
